Off-Season Skating

Once the rink closes we encourage all skaters to keep progressing during the spring, summer and fall.

Please check in with your coaches to find out where your skaters strengths and weaknesses are and what goals they should focus on next.

Chevy Chase Club rents ice for our figure skaters during the Spring and Summer:


  • Synchro Try outs - will be held on 8/23 1:45-4:45pm at Cabin John Ice Rink


Private lessons - some of our coaches will teach at local rinks in the off-season. If skating on figure skating sessions (please check rink requirements, please make sure you book ice time in advance, they do sell out.

Please notify coaches at least 24 hours notice for cancellations as you would at Chevy.
